Job Description As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Albertville, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $12.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue05:0{0}PM - 05:00 AM Sat05:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sun05:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
