Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work. Distribution Team Member - Day Shift Team Members work daily to meet efficiency, delivery, and quality goals. Team Members often stand most of the day performing tasks such as receiving freight, picking orders for shipment. This involves a fair amount of dexterity and hand eye coordination, as well as hand strength. Qualifications Must be able to read, write and speak English & must have sound judgment and excellent grammar skills Must be able to stand/move for entire shift Ability to communicate with varying personality types Detail & quality oriented Ability to learn various types of material equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory programs) Good hand-eye coordination Lifting is required 50 lbs regularly Good attendance, must be dependable Team player (flexible, willing to learn many tasks/skills within a team) Self-motivated Computer & Technology skills required Good manual dexterity Compensation & Benefits $19/hr plus a $0.30 cent increase after successful completion of the Foundations for Contribution Onboarding Program (the exact timing of the raise may vary). Day Shift Hours: Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm located at our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC).
