Business Development Representative

The HT Group has an IT Services client in Rochester, MN looking for a Business Development Representative who is driven, relationship-focused, and consultative to generate new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and deliver technology solutions that help organizations achieve their business goals. $45,000-$50,000

$80,000-$90,000 OTE

Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email, LinkedIn, and referrals. Conduct discovery meetings to identify customer needs and recommend managed IT and technology solutions. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records. Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and managed service agreements. Represent the company at networking events while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Requirements 3–5 years of successful B2B sales and new business development experience. Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms and managing an active sales pipeline. MSP or technology sales experience and experience selling to SMB or K-12 organizations preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The HT Group
