Job Title: Commercial Landscaper
Employment: Type: Full-Time

Location: Jacksonville

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Job Summary:
Our growing company is seeking dedicated and dependable Commercial Landscapers to join our team. In this role, you will perform landscape maintenance services while working safely and efficiently alongside other crew members. You will receive directions from the Crew Leader and report to the Account Manager to help maintain the appearance and health of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim and maintain turf to company standards.
• Enhance the appearance of commercial properties by:
  • Pulling weeds
  • Watering plants and landscaping
  • Removing trash and debris
  • Trimming, edging, pruning, and hedging
  • Blowing leaves and debris using landscape equipment
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment clean and in good working conditions.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when interacting with homeowners, property managers, clients, guests, and the public.
• Assist with additional landscape maintenance duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of commercial landscaping experience.
• Reliable transportation to the branch office or first job site.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
