Position Overview

As a Lead Client Service / Front Bar Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the front bar while helping lead the client experience, drive sales performance, assist with team training, and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about leadership development.

Operations Responsibilities

● Greet clients in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner

● Support the Store Manager with daily scheduling adjustments, team breaks, and front desk operational needs

● Work with the Store Manager to flag client issues and complaints, ensure timely follow-up, and coordinate next steps as needed.

● Monitor retail inventory and support supply management

● Assist with inventory counts, ordering retail and operational supplies, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory organization

● Support guest retention efforts by ensuring Skin ID cards and follow-up processes are consistently completed as part of the Client Journey.

● Help drive store and individual sales performance, including retail, memberships, and service goals

● Coach team members on client service standards to ensure a consistent and elevated experience

● Identify opportunities for operational growth, increased average ticket, and improved rebooking rates

● Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ cleanliness, operational, and presentation standards at all times

Leadership & Training Responsibilities

● Assist in onboarding and training Front Bar / Client Service Receptionists to ensure confidence in client service, memberships, retail sales, and daily operational procedures

● Teach opening and closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task management expectations

● Support leadership in holding the team accountable to sales and performance goals

● Assist with product knowledge, retail, membership, and service training

● Support ongoing coaching and development initiatives within the store, including conducting weekly and monthly Client Service Receptionist scorecard reviews.

● Help drive achievement of key business metrics including:

○ Service revenue

○ Average ticket

○ Guest count

○ Guest retention

○ Rebooking percentage

○ Retail revenue

○ Memberships

Marketing & Brand Awareness

● Support marketing initiatives designed to increase guest traffic, sales, and brand awareness

● Assist with local marketing efforts through social media, partnerships, community outreach, events, and promotional campaigns

● Help promote national campaigns and local store initiatives

Content Creation & Social Media

● Create engaging, on-brand social media content

● Ensure all print and digital marketing materials align with brand standards

● Assist with submitting marketing and creative requests as needed

Event Coordination

● Assist in planning and executing in-store and community events to increase brand awareness and guest bookings

● Participate in both in-store and off-site events as needed

Qualifications

● 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred

● Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred

● Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development

● Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation

● Ability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed

Job Details

● Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

● Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required

● Pay Range, $20 - $24 hourly + eligible for commission
