Associate Director, Global Aesthetics Business Development Forecasting & Analytics

Associate Director leading forecasting and analytics for business development opportunities across AbbVie's Global Aesthetics portfolio. The role evaluates external innovation, partnerships, and acquisitions while partnering across functions to inform investment decisions and translate strategic opportunities into financial value.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and analytics for business development opportunities including licensing, partnerships, and acquisitions across aesthetics franchises
- Develop assumption-driven forecasts sizing market opportunities and translating strategy into financial value
- Partner with Business Development, Finance, R&D, Marketing, and regional teams to evaluate commercial viability and strategic fit
- Manage end-to-end forecasting process including scenario development, stakeholder reviews, and sensitivity analysis
- Synthesize market research and competitive intelligence to inform valuation, assumptions, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years in forecasting, analytics, finance, market research, or commercial strategy
- Experience supporting business development, asset valuation, licensing, or acquisition decisions
- Proficiency in quantitative analytical methods and forecasting techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to manipulate complex data sources
- Experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetics, or medical device sector
- Ability to lead executive-level discussions and drive cross-functional alignment
