Job Description Location: San Francisco, CA – Interactive Technology Schedule: Multiple schedules, multiple shifts Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range. Represent both the client and organization professionally; strong presentation skills and a polished demeanor are essential. Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 21 years of age. 1–2+ years of security experience and supervisor experience with an active guard card. Technology savvy; comfortable with various security and workplace systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public. Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Must read and understand all operating procedures and instructions. Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record. As a condition of employment, must successfully complete a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, and may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check. Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites. Ability to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently. Display exceptional customer service and communication skills. Enforce contract standards and Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos. Capable of operating scheduling and billing software and producing reports such as Scheduling Activity and Training Detail reports. Ability to work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow or heat). Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders. Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time. Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings. Perks Competitive Pay, Weekly and Daily Pay, Growth Opportunities, and Benefits Package.
