• Part Time: 2nd Shift

• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour Hero Pay

• $3 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

• 39-Bed Facility with a true team atmosphere

• 8-Hour Shifts

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments as required

• Support and supervise nursing assistants

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being

What You Bring

• Active RN or LPN license

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• A genuine passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
