Job Description Job Description The Concierge/ Front Desk Admin plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. Reporting to the office manager and working as part of a small front desk team, this position supports multiple departments in a dental office setting. Utilizing software tools such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), appointment scheduling systems, and billing platforms, the Front Desk Admin ensures smooth operations during business hours and fosters seamless patient interactions. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression Schedule, confirm, and manage multiple appointment types including emergency walk-ins, specialist consultations, and routine check-ups Handle phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person communications promptly and professionally Assist patients with efficient check-in and check-out procedures Maintain organized and accurate patient records with attention to detail Process billing and payments using designated platforms Help keep the reception area clean, professional, and welcoming Perform data entry and customer service tasks to support daily operations Required Qualifications Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and appointment scheduling software Experience with Microsoft Office applications Strong customer service and data entry skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in administrative support Experience working in a dental office environment Company Description West Valley Implant Dental Practice is a friendly, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing top-quality care.
