Brauns Agency - State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven Multi-Line Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys talking with people, uncovering needs, and helping customers protect what matters most. You'll work with new and existing customers across Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products while developing into a well-rounded insurance professional.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers
• Have needs-based insurance conversations
• Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer's situation
• Identify opportunities to help customers across multiple product lines
• Consistently follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Develop referrals and long-term customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Must possess or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
