Associate Attorney - Civil Defense Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Indianapolis, IN, to join their growing team. Duties Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct extensive legal research. Develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients. Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Ensure prompt and efficient disposition of assigned cases. Assist in preparing and presenting witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings. Requirements Bachelor's degree with J.D. and admission to the Indiana State Bar. 1-4 years of experience in insurance defense or related setting. Litigation experience required.
