Associate Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney in Carmel, IN. Duties Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Conduct legal research and prepare case-related analysis. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Assist with trial preparation and support litigation strategy. Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the litigation process. Review and analyze medical records and supporting evidence. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Participate in training programs and professional development. Requirements Indiana Bar license required. Active member in good standing with a state bar association. 3 years of litigation experience required. 1 year of personal injury experience required. Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Excellent client communication and service skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases. Ability to work well in a fast-paced legal environment. Self-starter motivated by long-term career growth. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Skills Strong attention to detail and professional judgment. Experience handling personal injury and insurance-related matters preferred.
