We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative who understands that every phone call is an opportunity to create an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Communicate with customers regarding technician arrival times
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering a five-star experience
- Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate with service technicians and office staff
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate community outreach events

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience (home services is required)
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
