GENERAL MANAGER

Eagle & Ivy | Midtown Nashville

$110,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity + Paid Time Off + Dining Privileges

Who We Are

Eagle & Ivy is Nashville's newest upscale golf, dining, and entertainment destination, opening in the heart of Midtown at 1700 Church Street.

We're combining chef-driven American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, exceptional hospitality, private events, and state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulators to create something Nashville hasn't seen before—a place where a business lunch, date night, corporate outing, birthday celebration, happy hour, and round of golf can all happen under one roof.

We're not looking for someone to maintain someone else's culture. We're looking for a General Manager who wants to help create one.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading all restaurant, bar, simulator, and event operations
• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing an exceptional team
• Managing financial performance, labor, and profitability
• Creating an unforgettable guest experience
• Building relationships with guests, community leaders, and local businesses
• Supporting private events, leagues, tournaments, and corporate functions
• Creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence
• Helping establish Eagle & Ivy as Nashville's premier golf, dining, and entertainment destination

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
• Prior General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director, or equivalent leadership experience
• Strong food, beverage, hospitality, and financial management skills
• Proven success leading teams and driving results
• Experience with budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and P&L accountability
• Event, entertainment, golf, country club, or experiential hospitality experience is a plus
