Access 1 Properties is a nationwide investor-focused lending platform specializing in DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Rental Property, Construction, and other business-purpose financing solutions for real estate investors, landlords, builders, and flippers.

Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Rental Property, Construction, and other investment-focused loan products.
Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. This independent contractor opportunity is designed for experienced producers who want the flexibility to grow their own business while leveraging Access 1 Properties' lending platform, lead opportunities, and operational support.
