Physician (MD/DO) – Veteran Evaluation Services- St. Louis, MO The IMA Group is seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to join our Veteran-focused evaluation team in St. Louis. This role offers a chance to apply your clinical expertise in a structured, assessment-based setting with a predictable weekday schedule and no on-call demands. You'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for Veterans and document your clinical findings — this is not a treatment role. Physicians here do not prescribe medications or manage ongoing patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform medical evaluations and physical assessments for Veterans Review medical histories, supporting documentation, and diagnostic records Document exam findings using established reporting protocols Complete detailed medical reports per program requirements Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to keep cases on schedule Qualifications MD or DO degree Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Experience with IMEs, occupational medicine, disability evaluations, or similar assessment work preferred Board Certification or Board Eligibility a plus Compensation & Benefits Monday–Friday, daytime hours only — no evenings, weekends, or call Administrative support with streamlined documentation Stable, office-based environment Meaningful work supporting Veterans through medical assessments If you're looking for a physician role with real work-life balance, consistent hours, and a pure focus on clinical evaluation, we'd love to hear from you.
