Sr. Recruit Ops Specialist

Pride Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Eden Prairie, MN Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Number of hours- 40 Hours/ week

Pay - $19 to $20/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders
• Manage recruiting systems, documentation, and confidential information
• Assist with staffing projects, compliance, case management, and process improvements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, or TalentSource CRM
• Background in recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR operations
• Experience in fast-paced corporate environments and project support
