Full-time and Part-time positions available

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient Internal Medicine private practice. Both experienced Physician Assistants and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform office procedures within the scope of practice.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) using eClinical Works
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• Current, unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant license in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Current DEA registration and Texas prescriptive authority (or eligible to obtain prior to employment).
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with supervising physicians.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
• Experience with eClinical works is preferred.
