Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior AnalystProgram: Department of Special EducationRequirements: Master's Degree or higher from accredited program NJ Permanent Certificate BCBAPerformance Responsibilities:Conducts Functional Behavioral AssessmentsDevelops individualized behavior plans (goals, objectives and interventions)Develop social skills groups and interventions (goals and objectives)Trains school personnel on all intervention plansAssists the educational staff in implementing behavioral programming; both individual and classroomReview data on all intervention plans and write progress notesAdvises and consults with the family and other agency personnel, as neededParticipates in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as assignedConducts social skills groups and individual lessons as neededOther duties as assigned by the District Superintendent or Director of Special Education as the Superintendent's designeeSalary/Stipend: As Per ContractLocation: Special Education DepartmentStarting Date: To Be Determined
