They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the Salesforce Agentforce AI Platform, focusing on product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management, while collaborating with engineering teams and engaging with customers and stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce Agentforce AI Platform, with a focus on testing approaches, tooling, and AI-assisted test plan generation.• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption, including requirements, prioritized features, and success metrics.• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and drive feature specifications.• Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to deliver roadmap updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.• Stay informed on industry trends and competition in Generative AI.• Partner with other teams to ensure alignment and integration.• Represent as a domain and product expert in customer interactions, industry events, and online communities.Qualifications:Required:• 5+ years of Product Management or similar experience with highly technical products/platforms.• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning, with the ability to interface effectively with engineers and data scientists.• Solid understanding of the Generative AI landscape and trends.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and participating in the sales cycle.• Experience delivering products in agile/lean environments, including backlog management.• Proven ability to translate product requirements into actionable roadmaps.• Degree or equivalent experience, with consideration for leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, or other relevant experience.Preferred:• Familiarity with Generative AI evaluation and testing methodologies.• Experience building AI platforms that support diverse personas across the Machine Learning lifecycle.• Strong collaboration skills, both internally and with external partners and customers.• Experience working with Generative AI vendors is a plus.Company:Ascendion is a trusted ally for enterprise business and technology leaders engineering the digital future.
