The role focuses on optimizing product development to align with business objectives, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.Responsibilities:• Align product development with business objectives and user needs.• Assist in defining and maintaining the Flight Ops product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.• Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize features and enhancements.• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on features based internal and external stakeholder feedback.• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and workflows.• Manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and prioritized.• Work within agile methodologies, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.• Identify potential risks and blockers in product development and escalate them appropriately.• Work with QA teams to ensure product features meet functional and quality expectations and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) before product launches. Develop training materials and product documentation as needed.• Track product performance using key metrics and analytics and generate post-launch reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.• Work with leadership to address resourcing constraints or technical challenges.• Travel to domestic and international locations as needed to support product management initiatives.Qualifications:Required:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on managing internal systems and applications.• Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.• Familiarity with data analytics tools for making data-driven decisions.• Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and UX/UI principles.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.• Experience in stakeholder management to ensure product alignment with business objectives.• A user-centric approach with a strong ability to anticipate and address challenges.Preferred:• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.• Aviation industry experience is preferred.• Preferred certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.Company:Vista Global Holding's (Vista) subsidiaries provide worldwide business flight services.
