General Manager Opportunity

Salary range between $60,000 to $65,000 depending on experience!

What do you bring to the table?

• Recent experience as a Fast-Food General Manager
• Ability to stand and walk around the kitchen for extended periods of time. (get your steps in ya'll!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively – getting your workout on).
• Proficient in English.

What would your responsibilities be?

• Provide a fun and positive work environment for your team.
• Training and developing team members including Shift Managers

• Upholding safety and sanitation standards
• Daily Cash Handling
• Employee Relations
• Providing an exceptional guest experience!
• Own financial management, which includes food, labor, and all controllable expenses.
• The General Manager directly manages and is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to customer service, employee performance and development, restaurant costs, safety, facilities, administration, and corporate values.
