Job Opportunity: Generalist Position in Obstetrics and Gynecology

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at our organization is actively seeking exceptional candidates for a full-time Generalist role within the Clinician Educator Academic Line. We are looking for individuals who are board certified or board eligible, and who demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical teaching and patient care. Ideal candidates will be dedicated to a career encompassing the full spectrum of general obstetrics and gynecology.

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings for obstetrics and gynecology.
• Participate in teaching services and clinical outreach initiatives.
• Engage in group obstetric and gynecologic on-call duties.
• Contribute to scholarship in areas such as quality improvement, education, and clinical research.

The anticipated base salary for this position varies by rank:

• Clinical Assistant Professor: $276,000 - $300,000
• Clinical Associate Professor: $327,000 - $345,000
• Clinical Professor: $369,000 - $390,000

This salary range reflects base pay based on faculty rank and years of service. It does not encompass all elements of the faculty compensation program or earnings from departmental incentive programs. The offered salary for the selected candidate will be influenced by factors such as experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market rates for similar positions.
