Position DetailsSchedule: 24-hour in-house shiftsTeam Structure: 5 OB-GYN HospitalistsClinical Scope:OB and GYN triage/surgeryLabor amp delivery managementObstetric and gynecologic emergenciesInpatient consults Clinical EnvironmentHospital Deliveries: ~1200 births annuallyLevel II NICU with Medical Director support from StanfordMaternal-Fetal Medicine support from StanfordCollaborative care alongside community OB/GYNs and nursing teams Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERSOrientation Hours – 50 of standard rateOT over 40 hours/week Extra-Time standard rate.Holidays 1.25xConversion rates 25K MD/DO max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdown Presentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers: Tier 1 best – below or at 270/hourTier 2 - 270-280/hourTier 3 - 280-290/hour290/hr will not be accepted
