As a key member of our production team, you’ll help create high-precision components used in industries that matter—like aerospace, medical devices, and advanced technology.

• Assemble small parts with care and precision
• Perform visual inspections to ensure top-quality standards
• Operate basic production machines (we’ll train you!)
• Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a team that values quality and efficiency

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work
• Familiarity with hand tools or small equipment
• Basic math skills (measuring, counting, etc.)
• Experience with quality checks or precision work

This is a Contract position based out of Clinton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
