Bilingual (SPANISH AND ENGLISH) Janitorial and Security Operations Manager Charlotte, North Carolina The ParkX Security Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management of assigned Comstock/Third party location(s). This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring that all assigned locations are operating in a first-class manner and in accordance with company policy. They will assist with the development and design of financial statements and management proposals. This person should demonstrate leadership, be willing to drive positive change, and should participate in and support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: The Security Operations Manager will provide leadership, direct management, and day-to-day oversight of the physical Security team, including Managers, Supervisors, and Officers Ensure team members understand and promote corporate goals, core values, and departmental responsibilities detailed in the Company org chart and Employee Handbook Promptly address and resolve customer concerns in a first-class manner that is consistent with guidelines established by the Comstock Executive Team Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events with the marketing department Walk assigned properties daily and keep a running list of maintenance items Resolves customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates Maintains equipment through regular maintenance and preventative care Scheduling, deployment, supervision, and training of Security Officers Manage essential maintenance contracts and work closely with vendor contacts, specifically janitorial, landscaping, and security Provide daily, weekly, or monthly activity report as required by supervisor and Comstock Executive Team Oversee maintenance operations by partnering with maintenance team to maintain property’s curb appeal and assess possible maintenance issues, while ensuring that all manufacturer’s recommended routine maintenance (as well as Comstock required maintenance) is completed in a timely fashion Possesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all properties within the ParkX portfolio. Possesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all current and prospective clients.
