Company Providence at Home with Compassus Territory Coverage (local, willing to travel to below cities) Apple Valley, Lucerne Valley, Barstow, Helendale, East Victorville, and surrounding areas Schedule Part-Time, 24 hours per week 3 days per week, pay per visit pay model Day shift - 8am to 5pm Position Summary As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll blend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals. Document therapy progress with the support of AI technology, reducing after‑hours workload. Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients. Patient-Centered Care Spend more time providing hands‑on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Work-Life Balance Cut down on after‑hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities. Enhanced Efficiency Experience an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards. Education and/or Experience Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire – National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
