Solutions Account Manager

Overview Keysight’s Electronic Manufacturing Test (EMT) team focuses on selling, managing, and supporting leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The Account Manager role manages key customers in Silicon Valley, shaping their manufacturing test strategies and leading them to successful outcomes. Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to uncover, develop, and close sales for Keysight’s EMT portfolio based in Silicon Valley. The EMT Sales and Solutions team is interdependent, so strong teamwork and communication are critical. Key aspects of this position include building relationships with OEMs, CEMs, and solution partner network, developing and influencing sales opportunities, and delivering technical and commercial insights. Leadership, teamwork, and a strong personal drive are essential. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Experience in technical sales account management of 5+ years. Preference for knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes such as In‑Circuit Test, In‑System Programming, and Functional Test. Passion for continuous learning in electronics technology and professional selling. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates. Proactively understands customer needs and identifies potential solutions. Actively creates business opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective presentation and problem‑solving skills. Highly competitive, assertive, and passionate to win. Ability to create a vision and persuasively convey the message, demonstrating drive to succeed. Comfortable challenging customers by offering unique perspectives. Salary and Benefits California Pay Range: MIN $215,180.00 MIDPOINT $286,900.00 MAX $358,630.00. The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills. Offers typically fall between the minimum and midpoint. For other locations, pay ranges vary by region.
