We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.The Community Outreach & Participant Recruitment Manager leads outreach, recruitment, eligibility screening, and intake to ensure equitable access for eligible clean energy contractors in alignment with CEJA placement requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement outreach and recruitment strategies targeting equity investment eligible communitiesConduct eligibility screening and participant intakeCoordinate recruitment with Energy Transition Navigators and community partnersTrack recruitment metrics and placement complianceRequirements:Qualifications: Experience in community outreach, recruitment, or workforce development. Demonstrated ability to engage equity-focused populations.
