Accounting Manager

Gardant

Gardant is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to coordinate monthly close, review financial statements, and manage cash flow across communities, including preopening sites. You will support audits, SOX testing where applicable, and lender inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and contract requirements. You will also lead budgeting cycles using Solver, assist with acquisition onboarding, and drive accurate financial data across sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
