At our client's organization, we are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their Management Reporting and Analysis team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in financial processes and analysis within a multinational corporate environment. You will work closely with corporate and business management members to provide accurate and timely management reporting, external segment financial statements, and investor relations communications. By joining our client's team, you will contribute to operational efficiencies through process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial results for external and operational financial reporting.
• Create presentations to support both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide reporting of segment data.
• Support operating groups and senior management with financial application training and reporting.
• Work on various projects, data requests, and financial reports to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MBA a plus).
• 1+ years of relevant corporate and/or industry accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and business/financial acumen.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and review.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitask project environment.
• Effective time management skills to ensure efficient completion of work.
• High level of computer proficiency; experience with Oracle HFM is a plus.
