Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will:

  • Evaluate patients' functional capabilities.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
  • Assist individuals in regaining their independence in daily tasks across various settings, including post-acute care, rehabilitation, and home health.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide education to patients and their families.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
