Program Leadership
Lead the enterprise ServiceNow implementation
Direct multiple concurrent workstreams
lign projects with Department strategic objectives
Manage implementation sequencing and priorities

Project Controls
Build and maintain project plans
Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and scope
Monitor overall project health
Stakeholder Coordination


Coordinate business and technical teams
Facilitate project meetings
Support executive decision-making
Deliver executive-level reporting and status updates
Vendor & Partner Management



Coordinate activities with:
ServiceNow
Implementation partners
Third-party vendors
Deployment & Adoption



Coordinate testing activities:
Support training programs
Manage deployment readiness
Support go-live execution
ssist with post-production stabilization and continuous improvement
Governance


Establish governance processes
Support executive steering activities
Ensure project quality and business outcomes
The consultant is expected to produce:


Enterprise ServiceNow project management plan
Integrated project schedule
Executive status reports
Risk and issue logs
Milestone reporting
Governance documentation
Executive briefings
Meeting agendas and action item tracking
Testing and deployment coordination artifacts
Knowledge transfer documentation
