We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementation and platform expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT project management experience, including 5+ years managing ServiceNow projects, and a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, vendor, and implementation partner teams.
- Facilitate executive status reporting, governance meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Support testing, training, deployment, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
- Experience managing Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- ServiceNow Certification(s).
- Agile/Scrum Certification.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and public sector environments.
