Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the project manager to identify and resolve issues in constructability and scope during the preconstruction phase. Participate in developing and reviewing project scope, buy‑out processes, and schedules. Gain an in-depth understanding of project goals including financial targets, timelines, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections. Oversee daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction quality, progress, and site cleanliness. Work closely with the project manager to maintain an accurate project schedule reflecting updates and meeting both cost and time requirements. Surpass client expectations by understanding their needs, preferences, and culture. Promote open communication with the project team regarding work changes, conditions, subcontractor relations, and project direction deviations. Encourage positive subcontractor relations by engaging with all stakeholders professionally and fairly. Manage and ensure timely execution of punch list items. Qualifications 5-15 years of commercial roofing experience. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work. Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines.
