Every guest journey is uniqueyour role is to anticipate needs, personalize experiences, and ensure that no detail is overlooked.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth, professionalism, and graceServe as a primary liaison between guests and all departments, ensuring timely and accurate communicationCoordinate check-in, in-room orientation, and on-property experiences tailored to each guest's preferencesRespond promptly and thoughtfully to guest inquiries, requests, or concernsAssist with logistics such as transportation, luggage handling, and guest room readinessMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all Twin Farms offerings, services, and guest itinerariesSupport the team in ensuring all guests depart with a sense of delight and lasting connectionQualifications Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrates an unwavering commitment to guest privacy, service excellence, and attention to detailNaturally proactive, gracious under pressure, and skilled at balancing multiple prioritiesExceptional verbal and written communication; can adapt tone and approach to varied guest and team interactionsAbility to complete tasks thoroughly and independently, with reliable follow-throughComfortable lifting loads up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionallySound judgment and ability to make thoughtful decisions aligned with safety, service, and guest satisfactionFamiliarity with basic vehicle operation and safe driving protocolsFlexible with scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periodsCompensation: $22$25 per hourValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or guest-facing roles preferredAt Twin Farms, we believe that great service is both an art and a commitment to excellence.
