Correctional Primary Care Physician — 6-Month Contract

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a 6-month assignment at a Chowchilla, CA correctional facility. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:00pm, with orientation of 2–3 weeks.
It is an Independent Contractor (1099) position with a rate of $220 per hour (approximately $5,280 per week). Must hold a valid California physician license and maintain ACLS and DEA certifications, plus active credentialing status.
