Staff Designated Support Engineer

Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time remote Staff Designated Support Engineer will provide hands-on support for priority customers, focusing on query performance optimization, cost analysis, and system integration while driving issue resolution and maintaining high case quality. Key responsibilities Monitor and optimize query performance, providing actionable support to prevent recurring issues Analyze customer warehouse configurations for cost optimization and implement recommendations collaboratively Lead disaster recovery drills and ensure release readiness while advocating for customer needs in issue resolution Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Architecture, or Data Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field Advanced SQL expertise, including query debugging and performance tuning Hands-on experience with distributed database platforms and ETL/ELT tools Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-assisted workflows for technical problem-solving
