Key responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members during your shifts
- Recognize and reward achievements to motivate your team
- Assign job duties and set clear goals
- Deliver quality customer service to every guest
- Maintain strict food safety standards
- Assist with inventory control and restaurant cleanliness
- Perform duties of cook, cashier, and line server as needed
