Location: Minneapolis, MN Hires local to the Twin Cities Metro-Area can anticipate an in-office component of 1-2 days a week, employed with Bold Orange. If this position lists, “Open to Remote”, hires outside of the metro area can anticipate travel to our Minneapolis, MN office on an as-requested basis. Position Summary: We’re seeking a talented, collaborative and curious designer who understands the power of purposeful design. The ideal candidate will have design expertise in all areas of application and medium, across all channels, with an emphasis on digital design, as well as, be able to demonstrate expertise in the email channel by demonstrating a passion for delivering adaptive and creative design solutions by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices. As a designer at Bold Orange, you will be responsible for contributing ideas and design solutions in a variety of experiences across all industries and channels with an emphasis in email and an acute understanding of the connected customer experience. You will ensure all elements of a user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You’ll work closely with the entire creative team, project management and the account team from kickoff to execution to create effective, cohesive solutions.
