Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for two distinct roles: a Scheduler and a Traffic Coordinator. These positions support the accurate delivery and execution of commercial and sponsorship content. The roles involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure media spots and sponsorships are correctly scheduled and implemented, contributing to business strategy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
This posting covers two distinct roles with different responsibilities:
A. Scheduler Role:
- Perform high-volume data entry and validation of schedules.
- Review commercial logs across various programming blocks.
- Adjust advertising placements to comply with advertiser rules, such as competitor separation.
- Work independently on focused, detail-oriented tasks.
B. Traffic Coordinator Role:
- Manage advertiser schedules and coordinate with external agencies.
- Communicate with account executives and agency contacts.
- Ensure ad placements align with specific campaign requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Customer service experience is required, and is particularly important for the Traffic Coordinator role.
Preferred Qualifications
- An analytical or puzzle-solving mindset, especially for the Scheduler role.
- Comfort with repetitive, high-volume work.
- Developed communication skills for stakeholder interaction, especially for the Traffic Coordinator role.
