Sr. Product Manager

A restaurant industry client of Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role will be gathering requirements for an RFP around backoffice systems. This person is supposed to gather requirements, research and understand true problems, rank the value of needs and wants, make suggestions on where they need to invest, and be tech agnostic. This person will be dealing with multiple needs for multiple stakeholders and competing needs and needs to be able to juggle it all to understand the true need/problem. This person needs to be able to present weekly readouts to executives. The end goal of this project is an RFP that discusses what is needed for the team in the future - that could be building a custom application or pushing out an RFP to vendors to bid on for a back office solution.


Compensation:
$60/hr to $68/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6+ years of Product Management experience in an enterprise level environment
- Data driven decision making ability
o Ability to gather and analyze data to uncover true problems
- Strong research and discovery ability -
o looking for someone who is good at uncovering and justifying what the true problems/needs are vs. just listening to what people are telling them
- Ability to present to executives
- Ability to navigate conversations with high level and competing stakeholders
- Ability to create an RFP


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Backoffice systems
- Retail, restaurant, hotel, hospitality industry experience
