Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency.How you will create an impactAn employee in this role will be responsible for handling all aspects of complex directors & officers claims, including securities class actions, with opportunity to handle high exposure employment practices liability and fiduciary liability matters, from inception through conclusion brought against publicly traded, privately held and not-for-profit insureds. In this role, you will be responsible for:Making coverage determinationsInvestigating losses, evaluating, and projecting potential exposuresMaking case presentationsSetting judgmental reserves, developing, and implementing resolution strategiesWorking with defense counsel and collaborating with underwritingDelivering differentiated value and service to our customers and distribution partners.What you will need to succeedMinimum of six years of experience handling complex insurance claims, litigation or other related experienceIdeally experienced in Management Liability claimsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of the litigation and arbitration processA Juris Doctor is preferredReady to make a bigger impact? Compensation for this position includes base salary and eligibility for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
