Radiologic Technologist (CT Tech) - Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night 3x12-Hour Shift (18:30 - 07:00) from Saturday to Monday.

The Radiologic Technologist participates in various assigned tasks related to Imaging technology. They perform diagnostic quality procedures in a safe manner, following guidelines set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Computerized Tomography.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans with a focus on outpatient procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Administer IV contrast media as required.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 technicians at all times.
• Operate GE and Toshiba/Canon imaging equipment.
• Utilize Epic charting system for patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Graduate from an approved imaging technology program.
• Must be licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) in radiography.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography.
• Licensed or registered in CT by OBMI or ARRT.
• BLS certification from AHA required within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years of outpatient experience is required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Familiarity with GE and Toshiba/Canon imaging machines is essential.
