Evaluating Pediatric Occupational Therapist Outpatient Clinic • Oklahoma City, OK • Flexible Part-Time 1099 • $150/eval+ Therapitas is seeking a skilled evaluator to join our Oklahoma City team in a role built differently from the ground up: designed to provide high-impact clinical work for a few focused hours each week, with compensation structured to reflect your value and expertise. We provide trained interpreter support. Spanish fluency is a plus but not required. What Makes this Role Different? Evals only. No treatment sessions; your time is focused entirely on evaluations. You will not manage paperwork solo. Intake forms are managed by our support staff. All assessment tools, protocols, and testing materials are provided and maintained. Flexible, hands‑off scheduling. You set your availability; we handle the rest. Competitive per‑eval compensation plus a flat weekly supervision rider, designed to reward focused, expert‑level work. Evaluations are typically scheduled during our M‑F, 9‑6 clinic hours in 1.5‑hour time blocks. Sample compensation package: 3 evaluations/week, supervision of 2 COTAs, 4.5 hours scheduled per week, $26,000/year (assuming 52 weeks of evaluations). What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. Document high‑quality evaluation reports in our EMR to meet payer standards. Support treatment plan adjustment decisions based on patient progress and clinical presentation. Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family‑centered care. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, sensory processing challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic or neurological conditions. What We’re Looking For Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation). Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain. Form 5 availability for COTA supervision. Experience conducting occupational therapy evaluations; outpatient pediatric experience preferred. Passion for working with children and families.
