Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform and your existing network
• Reach out to candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and aid in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

What You Need to Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-driven and proactive approach you are the one in charge of your schedule
• A passion for outreach and connecting with people to assist them in advancing their careers
• No previous recruiting experience required if you're organized and resourceful, we'll teach you everything else you need to know

Compensation Structure

This role is entirely commission-based, which means your earnings are not capped and your success knows no bounds.

You will receive pay based on the concrete value you create:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you facilitate
• Additional compensation when interviews take place as a result of your outreach
• Multiple commissions on newly established business
• Bonus incentives when placements originated from your leads are confirmed
• Other avenues to earn based on performance (e.g. retention bonuses)

We maintain transparent performance tracking every dollar you earn correlates directly to your actions.
