• Schedule appointments for deeper evaluations between candidates and our recruiters
• Continually follow up with leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Ensure precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads
