Your responsibilities include utilizing our exclusive platform and your personal network to source potential healthcare candidates, engaging with potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations, maintaining connection with leads to ensure continued interest and guide their hiring experiences, keeping up-to-date and accurate records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on your scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads.

What you need for success includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-driven approach, a passion for outreach and the desire to assist others in advancing their careers, and no previous recruiting experience is required if you are organized and resourceful, we will provide the rest of the training.
