Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to promising candidates to introduce them to opportunities at MLR and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with potential candidates to nurture their interest and assist them on their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and updated documentation within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on the number of meetings arranged, interviews held, and hires made through your efforts

Your Compensation Structure
