Finance Associate – Global Loans / Global Markets
Seattle, WA | 2–4 Years Experience
Direct Counsel represents a leading national law firm seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate to join its Global Loans/Global Markets practice in Seattle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial and real estate finance transactions while gaining exposure to both lender- and borrower-side matters.
The Role- Represent lenders and borrowers in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance transactions .
- Handle revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities .
- Assist with financing for private equity-backed acquisitions .
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, loan documents, and related transaction documents.
- Work closely with clients, senior attorneys, and deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Develop expertise across a diverse range of finance transactions with opportunities for long-term career growth.
- 2–4 years of relevant finance experience .
- Experience with commercial and/or commercial real estate finance transactions.
- Experience with revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities.
- Private equity-backed acquisition financing experience preferred.
- Accounting background or experience is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Washington State Bar admission required , or admission in another state with the immediate ability to waive in by motion.
- $235,000–$310,000 annual salary , depending on experience and qualifications.
